Hi Neil: good post and continuing cementing of the concept. One thought: you are positioning your community to be able to be accessed by everyone -- indeed, that has to be one of the main attractions and strong points. I think you should work that 'community access and the strengths that can bring everyone' into your model. Keep the posts coming -- Tom Richards

Inclusiveness is very important. Of course we have to put a stake in the ground and it will be around retirees. But if you're 45 and want to hangout with our community go right ahead. Thanks Tom

Yes the more I move in this direction the more I realize we need others to bring their strengths in order to be diverse and inclusive
