I can highly recommend GlobalXtreme as an ISP in Canggu. GX has symmetrical download/ upload speeds.
I went for their cheapest 12 month plan 30 mbps speed. Then after a few months they upgraded me to a faster 50 Mbps speed for FREE. Amazing !
