Medical costs in Asia are very affordable. I got lasik eye surgery done in China for $1000 for both eyes 20 yrs ago. I can still read lol. I also go to Mexico or Asia sometimes to get dental work done. I believe Bitcoin is the future, I just invested a bit and let it sit there. It’s already gone up but of course there might be some downside in the near future.
