Yes, a bit of cinnamon and vanilla in the egg/milk batter is a must. Oh, and using fresh eggs from one's backyard chickens can't be beat. Well, actually ... they can. The eggs that is. ;)

I've never had French Toast with pineapple before and it was a fantastic addition. Make sure you carmelite it a bit with a touch of cinnamon.
