I sometimes make French Toast as I really do like it; only sometimes, because we had it so often growing up. Now will have to try it with pineapple. Looks and sounds great.

I've never had French Toast with pineapple before and it was a fantastic addition. Make sure you carmelite it a bit with a touch of cinnamon.

Yes, a bit of cinnamon and vanilla in the egg/milk batter is a must. Oh, and using fresh eggs from one's backyard chickens can't be beat. Well, actually ... they can. The eggs that is. ;)
